Exclusive Property Developments is a Port Elizabeth based company with a long list of well designed, up-market developments in their portfolio. The company evolved from the building of up-market office blocks and industrial buildings for use by its parent company, MC Design and Contracting Services. The company ventured into domestic developments and part of its current developments is St James Court, Tara's Place, Carla's Creek, Kristen Glen and Lorraine Manor, the latter developed in partnership.
