 | Manie Steyn Family Trust Building During the uncertain times before the 1994 elections when development of prime projects came to an abrupt halt, this double storey building was in the process of being constructed. It was to be used as the offices for the then infant MC Design & Contracting Services. The internal architectural division of the company took responsibility for the layout and design and decor of the entire project. This modernly designed 'mecca' still challenges to this day all other buildings in the surrounding area for its pleasing appearance, finesse, and style. At present this architecturally sound building is the beloved home of Radio Kingfisher, as the anchor tenant- the building also boasts several other institutions' offices, such as Perisos, and the Swing Cafe.

 | St James Court The St James Court town house complex was the first to be built by the developers during 1997. The idea for the name of the complex originated from the founder's desire to express his gratitude to Mr. James Duffey for his commitment on the project and for his support during a very difficult period in his life. The modem complex consists out of 8 contemporary 2 bedroom units with 2 fully trimmed bathrooms as well as allotted single garages. The complex boasts luxury internal and external finishes with great material selection that is evident in the end product. With the complex's great attention to detail and quality workmanship, it was a front- runner for future developments. The complex is situated in an upmarket and safe residential area on the comers of Luke Road and Benno A venue, Charlo. Architect: Erik Voigt |

 | Carla's Creek On a 1.03 hectare stretch of untouched land, in Mentz A venue Lorraine, Carla's Creek was the third townhouse complex constructed in a series of building developments cultivated by Exclusive Development. Before the project was set to begin the developer had the unique duty of uprooting 320 alien trees from the area. The architect of this site Erik Voigt was architecturally challenged, as he had to design and provide a complex of 34 units. Mr. Voigt accomplished the magnificent task with an end result of 17 single storey 2-bedroom units and] 7 double storey 2-bedroom units. The complex hosts ample parking, a sparkling residential pool, as well as safety provisions such as perimeter fencing and controlled areas, this is a positive plus in feeling secure in ones property. It is only natural to have named the complex after Carla, Manie Steyn's beautiful and young stepdaughter as the complex is targeted toward young people and the first time buyer.

 | Kristen Glen After the successful development of Carla's Creek in Mentz A venue, the team moved around the corner in Lorraine, for the construction of 20 new hybrid units in Macon Avenue. During the interim period between the building developments a new addition was made to the family, Kristen, hence the name of the new complex Kristen Glen. The challenging aspect of the construction of Kristen Glen was to develop a complex that was very different than the hundreds of units that had already mushroomed itself in the area. The developers won this challenge through its design, as is seen with the unique integration of brickwork with natural slate. The developers included the attractions of modernly designed interiors, upmarket facilities, professional workmanship as well as modernly inspired spots of stainless steel set into the framework of the buildings to enhance its attractiveness. The larger plots and open areas create a feeling of spaciousness and value for money. This complex will not be disappointing as proficient and skillful work was delivered in the construction process and will be maintained in the future.
